Nove's Luxurious Dinner Giveaway Contest Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open only to legal residents of Colorado who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Medically Correct , and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
2. CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest begins on March 1st 2025 and ends on April 1st 2026. Entries for each monthly drawing must be received by 11:59 PM MT on the last day of each month. Entries for the final drawing must be received by April 1st 2026].
3. HOW TO ENTER:
There are two ways to enter:
Online: Visit our website www.Noveisluxury.com/crackerjack and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form.
Mail-in: Handprint your name, age, address, and email address on a 3×5 card and mail it to [1346 S Jason St Denver CO 80223]. Limit one entry per person per month, regardless of method of entry.
4. MONTHLY PRIZE:
One winner will be randomly selected each month (total of 12 monthly winners). Each monthly winner will receive a Luxurious Dinner for Two (or a gift certificate) at a local fine dining restaurant in Colorado, valued at approximately $200. Prizes include meals for two, including gratuity, but do not cover alcoholic beverages, transportation, or additional costs.
5. GRAND PRIZE:
At the conclusion of the 12 monthly drawings, a Grand Prize winners will be selected:
One from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a Las Vegas Getaway package, which includes:
Round-trip airfare for two from Denver, CO to Las Vegas, NV (estimated retail value of $500) One night hotel stay in a luxurious Las Vegas hotel (estimated retail value of $500) A $500 dinner for two at a top Las Vegas restaurant Total estimated retail value of each Grand Prize: $1,500.
6. ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning a monthly prize depend on the number of eligible entries received each month. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest period.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Monthly winners will be randomly selected on or around the 5th day of each month. Grand Prize winners will be selected on or around [April 20 2026]. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of selection. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Monthly prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor is not responsible for any technical errors or issues that may interfere with the entry process or notification of winners.
